Purpose Co is a lead partner on the design and implementation of a solution design process for logistics and supply chain employers in Brampton, Ontario, in the logistics sector to support sectoral regeneration and avenues for skills-commensurate employment for immigrants, newcomers, and refugees. Purpose Co engaged stakeholders and key informants through interviews, focus groups, and surveys, and designed a multi-phase process with employers, workers/immigrant job seekers and service providers to design and prototype solutions to address the needs of participating employers and the immigrant, newcomer and refugee community.
